I make the use of dry needling, fascial release, strapping, postural and movement corrections while educating you on lifestyle changes to assist you in taking an active and proactive role in restoring your health and body functionality.

PhysiotherapyMandy has 30 years of physiotherapy experience in SA and the USA, she thrives in assisting patients with varying conditions, ranging from headaches to toe dislocations, and ensuring return to full function either at work or the sporting arena. She believes in a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to ensure optimal results and if necessary, incorporating Biokinetists, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Chiropractors, and Medical Specialists to assist with recovery. Mandy’s passion for health is visible in her lifestyle, she can often be seen paddling, working out in the gym, or running around PMB in the early hours of the morning. She is married to Dave Hoddinott, a legend in his own right and internationally renowned in the world of Birding. In response to the prevailing mental health crisis Mandy has completed another degree, this time in psychology to better serve her clients. She has also completed the UCT Graduate School of Business, Coaching for Development course, and runs a thriving International Stress-Coaching business, MC-squared.
